Welcome to Pixstronomy. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pixstronomy mobile application, operated by Amit Chhaganlal Parmar. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. App Usage and Content

Pixstronomy is a visual infotainment platform providing high-quality, research-backed astronomical content. While we strive for accuracy using credible sources, the content is provided "as is" without guaranteed warranties.

Users may view a limited number of infographics (3–4 stories) for free. Full access requires an active subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Payments are processed securely through applicable app stores or authorized payment gateways.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: New purchases eligible within 24 hours; auto-renewals within 3 days. typically processed in 8-11 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, illustrations, cinematic animations, UI/UX design, and text within Pixstronomy are the exclusive intellectual property of the app creator and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, use automated bots to scrap content, exploit the app for unauthorized commercial purposes, or attempt to bypass security measures.

6. Third-Party Links

Our stories cite external sources. We do not control these external websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixstronomy and its creator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
